Acabo de hacer mi primer bautismo y la verdad que ha sido el mejor sitio para hacer buceo por primera vez, una experiencia inigualable, un trato muy cercano y amigable, en todo momento te sientes tranquilo y seguro de que vas con unos profesionales de alto nivel, dar las gracias a enrico y a diana por poder vivir esta experiencia especial en la que sin duda repetiré.

This is a real GEM of a dive centre. You should never judge a book by its cover, it is said, and the exterior of “Yellow Submarine” submarine is not particularly impressive. I am a highly demanding person who does not suffer fools gladly, so the compliments below are very very unusual for me. This place is truly outstanding, for reasons I will exemplify below. . 1. I have been scuba diving for nearly 20 years, but COVID and health problems had stopped me for 6 years. So I was rusty and nearly 80 years old when I entered YS two days ago. The first dive yesterday was sensible, shallow and in a group of 2 with a young beginner on an early.stage dive for her. It was super experience for me and our instructor was outstanding. I used to be a professor at university so know a lot about teaching.These guys are excellent. 2. Today was a proper dive to 18m on Nitrox for 45 minutes. It went fine and I enjoyed it. Of course it took me some time to refamiliarise myself with buoyancy issues and mask clearing but our dive leader was highly attentive. Both the coldish water (it is late in the year) and significant current (it is full moon time) were overcome with correct equipment recommendations ant the dive centre and a little help at times during the dive. The centre has excellent equipment in good condition over a wide size range ( i am tubby with wide shoulders) something which is unusual in my experience. In summary, I would highly recommend this centre for both beginners and more experienced divers. The staff are knowledgeable and exude professionalism, that rarest of qualities.

Bloody great Dive shop! Enrico went above and beyond and Im so pleased he did! Messaged yesterday aswell as one other but went with Yellowsub as their response was super friendly and I knew it was the right choice! Really knowledgeable, professional aswell as friendly. Perfect combo for what were 2 lovely dives despite feeling a little worse for wear! I promise to return and get the beers in next time 😉

Hicimos una doble inmersión con Enrico y Diana y fue genial! El trato de ambos ha sido buenísimo. Entre inmersión e inmersión nos dieron galletitas para recuperar fuerzas. No tuvimos mucha suerte con las condiciones del agua, pero aún así la visibilidad estaba bien. Sin duda cuando volvamos por la zona, repetiremos con ellos.

Hice el curso Advanced Open Water con ellos y desde el primer momento me sentí en buenas manos. Me respondieron rápido, con claridad y amabilidad, dándome todos los detalles y facilidades que necesitaba Enrico disfruta su trabajo, tiene muchísimos años de experiencia y lo transmite en cada inmersión. Siempre está pendiente, te repite lo necesario para que hagas las cosas bien y con seguridad. Diana, dulce y detallista, no pudo explicarme mejor la santa brujulita jajaja Siempre atenta alegre y con esa calma que da confianza. Y luego está el capitán Chiki… el mejor peluquero de los mares ¡ni un solo pelo se te sale de la capucha! Ver cómo entiende el mar, cómo anticipa corrientes, mareas y movimientos es pura brujería marina. Un regalo escucharle. Durante estos tres días conocí a muchas personas que llevaban viniendo muchos muchos años, y todos estaban felices. Es evidente que este lugar es su sitio de confianza. Y efectivamente da gusto encontrarse con gente que sabe tan bien lo que hace… y lo hace con tanto cariño. Sin duda, volveré pronto❤️

He buceado con ellos hoy y la verdad que tanto la inmersión, que ha sido en el pecio de San Andrés, como la atención han sido muy buenas. Muchas facilidades para todo y buen royo. Mención especial a Raquel, una bucea super segura a su lado!

Una gran experiencia. Lo pasamos fenomenal, Enrico en todo momento nos puso facilidades para la contratación y para que tuviésemos las mejores condiciones para disfrutar de la inmersion. Nuestra instructora fue Diana, simpática, divertida, paciente, atenta...., muy buena profesional, nos hizo todo muy fácil. No tengo ningún pero y ninguna queja, tanto Enrico como Diana transmiten confianza y muy buen rollo. Gracias por todo!!

I did my AOW cert here. What I really appreciate is the flexibility and expertise that Enrico and Diana provided. Excursion groups are smaller than with the big schools right in the harbor, which I really liked. Enrico is very experienced with 20+ years as an instructor and you can tell he really makes sure his students are properly prepared for diving. Diana is super warm and welcoming, runs the shop and brings a great vibe, plus she even manages to make navigation classes fun. Overall, highly recommend.

Did two dives with Yellowsub Tarifa. Communication was timely and great trying to figure when and where we were going to dive. The staff was great and very helpful from the start at dive shop, the boat captain helping set up and get in and out of the water, and the guide who actually took us on the dive. If you are looking to dive in Tarifa we would highly recommend!

Dived with Diana and Enrique and Chiqqi ( Hope I spelt that right ) on April 25 in Tarifa . First time diving off a boat ( Great experience) . It was a bit daunting at first and had got a bit rusty . Diana and the guys were super chilled and accomodating and took it all in their stride and made it a special experience . Great experience! Enrico Diana and the team were very professional and friendly! The bay where we did the Discover Scubadiving was magnificent! We saw lots of different kinds of fish and corals. We also received lots of photos from our dive! Big thanks to Enrico and Diana!

Excellent diving school, embodying the Tarifa tradition of offering a relaxed diving experience. Definitely a diving spot that supersedes expectations, truly a wonderful diving spot. Do watch out however for the currents that prevail, which can possess a challenge for unskilled divers, so definitely recommended for intermediate/advanced divers.

Una experiencia inolvidable, he realizado el curso de OWD con la familia de Yellowsub, y digo familia no solo por haber tenido la suerte de bucear con Lisa, sino porque me he sentido como una más de la familia con todo el equipo. Muchas gracias Enrico, Chiqui, Irene, Diana... a todos, con una primera experiencia así, desde luego dan ganas de seguir en este mundillo del buceo mañana mismo. La única pega... que habéis puesto el listón muy alto para los sitios a donde vaya despues. Y después del curso conseguiste que mi marido hiciera un bautismo, que hasta ese momento había sido imposible :) Volveremos a vernos. ¡¡GRACIAS!! Añado, que cuentan con 2 barcos propios, además la equipación fenomenal, la mascara hasta que di con la adecuada, me probaron varias, todo en perfectas condiciones y la diversidad en Tarifa mejor de lo que me esperaba (habiendo hecho el bautismo en el Mar Rojo, pensé que me gustaría menos, pero me ha gustado mucho).

Enrico and his crew were awesome. 1st time diving and we went for 45 minutes, 12 metres deep. Enrico was encouraging, calm and knowledgeable. He made you feel at ease and explained everything clearly. English is very good, I’m sure his Spanish and Italian is also perfect. We had a lovely time.

Enorm genoten van de drie daagse duikcursus! Samen met een vriendin onze PADI advanced open water gedaan onder leiding van Enrico. Heel erg vriendelijke en duidelijke instructeur met aandacht voor de duik en de duikers. Heeft ons ook een hoop geleerd en vetrouwen gegeven in het duiken. De hele sfeer van de duikschool voelde goed en vertrouwd. Daarnaast was kapitein Chiqui heel aardig en behulpzaam met alle voorbereidingen voor de start en tijdens de duik. Met zijn ervaring op zee en betrokkenheid voelden we ons extra veilig. Ook heerlijk kunnen genieten van de onderwaterwereld van Tarifa. Zeker een aanrader!

Experiencia única y buenos profesionales.

Unkompliziert, freundlich, authentisch, professionell. War zum zweiten Mal tauchen. Dieses Mal mit Enrico, Diana und drei anderen Teilnehmern (2 Guides, 4 Teilnehmer). Enrico kann super Erklären und hat das Notwendige angemessen schnell vermittelt. Dazu scheint er sehr erfahren zu sein. So hatte ich ein gutes Gefühl und konnte mich auf die spaßigen Sachen konzentrieren: Eigene Erfahrungen machen und die Unterwasserwelt bewundern. Diana willst du einfach dabei haben. Sie ist ein Sonnenschein, ist sehr fürsorglich und hat einem Vieles abgenommen. Unter Wasser schwamm sie hinterher und hat die Gruppe zusammen gehalten. Enrico und Diana sind ein super Team. Ingesamt lief alles sehr relaxed und gut organisiert ab, hinterher hat Enrico sogar eine extra Runde mit dem Boot gedreht, sodass man die schönes Statue am Hafen gut betrachten konnte. Mehr als das Geld wert.

Nunca perdí la fe en la mar, pero este bautizo submarino me ha servido para entender qué supone que el 70% de La Tierra esté compuesta por agua. Hay mucho que ver en la superficie, pero debajo se esconde un mundo maravilloso digno de descubrir, y que tememos la obligación de preservar. Todo ello ha sido gracias al maravilloso equipo de Yellow Sub Tarifa. Enrico y Diana son unos magníficos instructores que en todo momento te hacen sentir seguro y hacen del bautismo una experiencia apasionante. Mega recomendable!

Went out to learn scuba and see if we are interested in moving forward with certification. The team was amazing, patient and so helpful! Fell in love with it and will be getting certified!

While all diving operators In tarifa have good reviews. I want to recommend yellowsub. I found the other companies very bad in communicating. But these guys are very responsive. The dive was amazing. The owner and his staff are the most beautiful and lovable people I met on this trip. And as a little extra: They also seem to be the cheaper then the other companies. 6 stars👌👌👌👌👌👌

Le regalé a mi pareja un bautizo de mar, ya que yo tenía la titulación, y hemos salido encantados los dos, ella por ser la primera vez, y yo por el trato recibido. Animo a la gente que no dude en hacerlo con ellos, que no se arrepentirán.

José es un profesional de los pies a la cabeza. Un trato increíble. Rutas chulísimas, y mucha atención y cuidado durante el buceo. Lo tiene todo muy bien organizado. Tiene buenos equipos y hasta ahora ha sido el único que nos ha traído guantes teniendo en cuenta nuestra comodidad con la temperatura del agua! Además te regala un pedazo de vídeo como este!! Super recomendado!!! Y por supuesto REPETIREMOS!

Hemos hecho un bautismo y ha sido una experiencia única!!! Me lo habían recomendado profesionales del buceo y efectivamente son muy profesionales. Die Dienstleistung war hervorragend. Enrico und Rebecca waren unsere Guids. Sie waren nett und entspannt. Mein Mann ist noch mit einem anderen Guide getaucht. Er soll auch sehr kompetent und freundlich gewesen sein. Obwohl wir schon im Boot waren und ich davor gesagt hatte, dass ich an Ausrüstung nichts mehr brauche, hat mir Rebecca Ihre Handschuhe gegeben, als ich merkte wie kalt das Wasser ist. Wir durften unseren Hund mitnehmen. Wir durften unsere Ausrüstung im Center trocknen lassen und am nächsten Tag abholen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder diese Tauchschule für einen Tauchausflug wählen.

Ich war letzte Woche mit Enrico tauchen und es war ein super Erlebnis. Die Absprache bzgl. Tauchtag verlief super unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Am Tauchtag konnte ich in Ruhe mein Equipment ausprobieren und ich konnte sogar einen Tauchcomputer leihen. Der Tauchspot wurde beim Rausfahren aufgrund der aktuellen Wetterlage gewählt. Am Boot war auch alles sehr entspannt. Man konnte sich in Ruhe anziehen als das Boot am Tauchspot angekommen ist und es herrschte keine Hektik. Auch wenn die Ströumung unter Wasser anstrengend war, würde ich allein wegen der entspannten Atmosphäre immer wieder mit dem Yellowsub Team tauchen gehen.

Impecable trato y atención. Bucear en Tarifa necesita de un conocimiento muy exhaustivo de las mareas y corrientes. Contar con un barquero de Tarifa como Chiqui hace que te sientas muy seguro. El trato de Enrico, su talante y las ganas de agradar hacen que disfrutes realmente de los fondos tarifeños. Volveremos sin dudarlo!!! Muy recomendable.

Maravillosa experiencia, hoy he hecho mi segundo bautismo de buceo y las dos vece con Yellowsub y si la primera fue inolvidable (por eso he repetido con ellos) la de hoy ha sido de ensueño, una experiencia que me ha hecho estar inmerso en el mundo marino, rodeado de vida marina y todo gracias a Enrico, nos ha tratado súper bien, haciendo sentirnos súper seguros y relajados para poder disfrutar del fondo del mar y el remate son las fotos que nos hizo bajo el agua. Estoy gratamente contento de haber dado con estos grandes profesionales del buceo de Yellowsub en Tarifa. Todos los años hago un par de inmersiones en Tarifa y a partir de ahora las haré con Enrico (gran apasionado del buceo con muchos años de experiencia y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y apoyar en lo que se necesite con sus conocimientos). El día previo se toma la molestia en preparar el equipo de cada buceador según su necesidad. El capitán del barco, chiqui, no solo conoce el mar de maravilla sino que siempre está atento para ver en que puede ayudar o acondejar.100%recomendable

De nuevo volví a Bucear con Enrico y Chiqui y el trato fue genial, muy pendientes de que disfrutes con las inmersiones.

He buceado muy bien en este centro. Enrico coordinó estupendamente las dos inmersiones, y exactamente como anticipó, la primera fue más pobre en visibilidad (destacando una tortuga verde que nos sorprendió nada más descender) mientras que la segunda fue fantástica en todos los sentidos. Los buceadores avanzados no tendrán ningún problema buceando en esta zona, y los menos experimentados afrontarán las corrientes del lugar como un reto divertido de aprendizaje (y seguro, siempre que no se cometan imprudencias y se respeten las normas básicas del buceo). El capitán del barco, Chiqui, es una de esas personas que resultan imprescindibles para insuflar buen rollo en las excursiones, y los Open Water se sentirán muy seguros gracias a su empeño de que todos buceen en condiciones 100% seguras (nos hizo el chequeo de seguridad a todos, uno por uno, aparte de ayudarnos con el equipo). Recomiendo 100% este centro.

Gute geführte Tauchkurse von Enrico (Tauchlehrer) und Chiqui (Bootsführer). Beide haben viel Erfahrung und sind sehr freundlich. Ich habe zuerst zwei Tauchgänge gemacht und anschließend mit Enrico als Tauchlehrer noch den Advanced OWD. Die Fischwelt ist wunderschön, es gibt mehrere Wracks und der Blick auf die Straße von Gibraltar ist einzigartige. Die wechselnden Strömungen können jedoch eine Herausforderung sein.

Had a discovery dive with the four of us last week. It was a long time ago since we dived and for our kids the first time. Very well and clear explanation of the basic principles and about the what and how of the discovery dive itself. Relaxed atmosphere, dive site nearby location went there by boat. Spotted quite some fish and a yellyfish. Thanks for the nice experience.

We did our very first diving experience with Yellowsub Tarifa and it was incredible! We didn't have enough time for the full PADI so we did the introduction to diving. Enrico and the rest of the team is very professional, friendly and experienced. Our instructor Rodrigo was a very experienced diver and a great teacher! We highly recommend this diving center to anyone wanting to dive in Tarifa! Hopefully we will be able to come back and complete the full PADI with you soon!

Buen Centro de Submarinismo ubicado donde el mediterráneo y el atlántico unen sus aguas para ofrecer diversidad de vida marina y disfrutar de las diferentes inmersiones. Su responsable Enrico es un gran profesional con muchos años en la zona, habla italiano, español, inglés y creo que también el lenguaje de los peces, se toma en serio sus inmersiones y le agrada la puntualidad. El "capitan" de barco (Chiqui) maneja los mandos con gran precisión y conoce esos mares mejor que el faro que los alumbra, maneja con gran destreza y es una persona maravillosa que te ayudará con TODO, a sido un placer conocerles y disfrutar el mar con su compañía. Estuvimos haciendo la actividad de snorkel en familia y fue una experiencia muy recomendable. Tanto Enrico como Lisa nos dieron un trato muy cercano y agradable. La ducha al terminar se agradece.

Muy buen centro de buceo en Tarifa. Bucear en Tarifa es especial y a veces las condiciones no son las mejores, pero el equipo de Yellowsub lo hace todo más fácil. Enrico es un crack y lleva la empresa como un reloj. Los guías/instructores son muy buenos y profesionales. He buceado varias veces con Pepe, Alex y Samira y es un gusto bajar con ellos. Seguid así chicos!

Las instalaciones normales, el equipo, bien, y el personal de la tienda bien también. Sin embargo, el monitor que nos tocó peor que mal. Antipático, borde y muy malhumorado, hizo que no disfrutase tanto como debiera la experiencia. No repetiría, al menos con él.

Schöner Tauchspot im Nationalpark. Viele Fische. Sehr netter und kompetenter Tauchguide (Sammy). Gute Ausrüstung. Dabei fallen dann folgende Punkte nicht mehr so sehr ins Gewicht: Online/WhatsApp Kommunikation nicht hilfreich. Schlechte Organisation und Zeitmanagement.

Recomiendo la experiencia al 100%. Cuando se da con buenos profesionales la actividad resulta plenamente satisfactoria. Una vez que lo pruebas te quedas con ganas de mas.

Hice una salida hoy y el trato de todo el personal espectacular. Alex como instructor un 10, atento a todo y nos explico todo genial asi como todo lo que se podia ver durante la inmersion. Lo recomiendo

I did my Open Water Diving course in Yellow Sub and it has being a great experience. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate. The facilities are good and the location outstanding, the island of Tarifa has incredible sea life and sunk ships which you can enjoy during your course. I will definitely come back!

Magnífica opción. Además de algunas inmersiones libres, he hecho los cursos AOWD y EANx con ellos y la experiencia ha sido genial. Los instructores son grandes profesionales y muy rigurosos al tiempo que simpáticos y serviciales. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas (centro y barco), el material alquilado de buena calidad y el entorno salvaje y precioso. Sin duda, mi nuevo club de buceo en Tarifa y uno de los mejores en los que he estado.

Ein toller dive Spot. Leider an 3 von 4 Tagen zu windig um mit dem Boot raus zu können. Soll vorkommen in der Ecke :-P Freundlicher, kompetenter und sogar deutsch-sprachiger Guide (Alex). Für mein Equipment (halbtrocken, 5mm) wärs auf zu Dauer kalt. 2 Tauchgänge waren so gerade möglich.

Excellent dive experience! Professionally guided PADI SCUBA diving boat trips to the nearby Tarifa marine sanctuary. Alex is a great divemaster who really cares about the safety of his customers. Very good, well maintained equipment for rent including dive computers. Tarifa, Spain is an excellent dive location with a number of great dive sites. The staff at Yellowsub made the experience extremely fun and effortless. Yellowsub is actually inside the port. Just drive up to the gate and tell the guard you are going SCUBA diving with Yellowsub and they will let you in. Just inside the gate turn right and the shop is 100 meters on the right. Park in front. After you unload any gear you brought (you don't need anything but a swim suit) the staff will direct you to free day parking about 200 meters away. Credit cards accepted. Trial dives available if you are not yet certified. Advanced training is also available.

Experiencia muy positiva. La primera vez que buceo en Tarifa y no lo olvidaré en la vida.Dos inmersiones que me han sabido a poco. Variedad en puntos de buceo,aguas cristalinas y mucha fauna y flora.La plantilla sensacinal.Muy buen trato y buenos equipos. Sin duda repetiré...con mi hijo.

Experiencia muy mala. Soy open water y reservé una salida en grupo. Cuando llegué le dije que podría tener alguna duda ya que soy principiante y de muy malos modos me contestó que ellos no están allí para enseñar a nadie, el instructor no está al servicio de nadie y si no sé bucear que me vaya. El trato fue pésimo. Si queréis pasarlo bien no os aconsejo este centro

Superfreundlicher Tauchlehrer Alex spricht deutsch und hat mir genau das ermöglicht, was ich brauchte: Ein Upgrade von "IAC Basic Diver" auf "PADI open water diver". Er hat nur um die Gleichwertigkeit meiner IAC Qualifikation mit PADI zu checken 30 min gegooglet und mir dann ein günstiges Angebot gemacht. So musste ich nur Teil 4 &5 der Theorieprüfung wiederholen und konnte danach gleich meine Fertigkeitsprüfungen im Pool von meinem Club Aldiana Alcaidesa absolvieren. Für die Freiwassertauchgänge war holte er mich sehr pünktlich am Club ab, fuhr mich nach Tarifa und spulte den Schwimmtest und die beiden Tauchgänge ganz gelassen mit mir ab. Obwohl Alex äußerlich total locker entspannt herüberkommt und ganz langsam spricht, darf man das nicht mit Nachlässigkeit verwechseln. Er erwartet von dir volle Konzentration, erklärt dir immer eine ganze Sequenz komplett und erwartet dann, dass du sie dann auch selber komplett abarbeitest. Er lässt dir dabei alle Zeit der Welt - will aber dein ernstes Bemühen jederzeit wahrnehmen. Er hält sich hundertprozentig an sein Briefing und checkt sein Vorgehen immer wieder sorgfältig mit den Notizen auf seinem Wetboard ab. Die Ausrüstung war in bestem Zustand und alle Mitarbeiter in der Tauchschule herzlich freundlich. Jederzeit wieder - TOP.!

Arranged an introduction to diving course on 01/07/13 for a friend of mine. This was very easy to do as the level of English at this school is excellent and my call was answered very quickly. The school is very easy to find being in the centre of the port. On the day I found the tuition very informative and presented in an easy to follow and fun way by Alex. I have dived before though my friend was very very nervous. Alex was fantastic and reassuring. I would be very happy for him to teach my children. We ended up seeing lots of wildlife in a sheltered bay and all came back very satisfied. Good value for money, 4 hours for €75 including all the gear and tuition. I would recommend this professional outfit to beginners and seasoned divers alike :-)

Very good!!! I can recommend to everybody - both the location and the dive center! YellowSub is located just in the port of Tarifa, so you can get straight from the shop to one of their boats. Most of the dive sites are reached easily with 5 minutes boat trip. Dive sites are located around the Isla de Las Palomas, either in the Atlantic or Mediterranean side. Exact site is usually decided on the day of the diving depending on the wind and current conditions. On return they have good facilities for cleaning up the equipment and showering...
